advice

So, I went out on first date with dude just over one month ago. Last night he dropped a four letter word that begins with the letter L and it wasn't the word "like". My response went something along the lines of [blink...blink]. I certainly don't feel the same way. I mean, I like him. I enjoy spending time with him. But I certainly don't love him. Suggestions on how to handle the situation?
