A tough way to learn a lesson

A colleague of mine was found dead in his bathroom this afternoon. The most likely scenario is an accidental drowning after falling in the shower. He was only six months older than I am. It made me want to rethink some aspects of my life and how I view things and how I treat others. My head is all over the place. And I think I've started babbling so I'm going to sign off now.
